This website is operated by Fight Lab Fitness ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or territory to purchase from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or transmit any malicious code that could affect the functionality of the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit quantities at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith; we do not warrant that they are error-free.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product was listed at an incorrect price, or where an order appears to be placed for resale without an agreement in place. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full and let you know by email.

4. Supplements and health products

Supplements sold on this site are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about them have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

5. Combat sports equipment

Boxing, MMA, and combat sports carry an inherent risk of injury. Our protective equipment is designed to reduce, not eliminate, that risk. You are responsible for selecting equipment appropriate to your activity, ensuring it fits correctly, inspecting it before use, and replacing it when worn. Train under qualified supervision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries sustained during training or competition.

7. Third-party links and services

Our site may include links to third-party websites, and our store is powered by Shopify. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

8. User submissions

If you send us comments, suggestions, reviews, or other material, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish it without restriction or obligation to compensate you. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit and agree not to submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Lab Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
