Returns & Refunds
We want you training in gear you're happy with. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with any tags still attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Mouth guards — returnable only if the sealed packaging is intact
- Hand wraps — returnable only if unworn and unwashed
- Supplements — returnable only if unopened with the manufacturer's safety seal intact
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong product, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it in full. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
How to start a return
Email info@fightlab.fitness with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same terms above.
